ADVERTISING The NOC (News of Course) - Advertising The NOC is published three times a year in the Fall, Winter & Spring with an optional one during the Summer. The NOC publication is mailed out to all active CAPRA members. All advertisements within the magazine are published in full-colour and are available in various sizes ranging from quarter page to full page. Pricing is also dependent on placement of the advertisement within the magazine and starts as low as $400.00.
